What we collect

When you fill in the contact form, we store your name, company name, email address, any phone number and the content of your message. When you book a meeting, your name, email address and meeting time are processed by our booking provider. When you buy a service, payment details are handled by our payment provider. We never see your card number.

We collect anonymous, aggregated statistics about visits to the site. These cannot be linked to you as an individual.

Why we process it

  • To answer your enquiry. The basis is legitimate interest and, where relevant, steps taken before entering into a contract.
  • To deliver the services you have ordered. The basis is performance of a contract.
  • To meet bookkeeping and accounting obligations. The basis is a legal obligation.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a customer relationship are deleted after twelve months. Customer data is kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the period required by the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act.

Who we share it with

We share data with processors who provide services to us: hosting, email, booking, payments and accounting. All of them have a data processing agreement with us. We never sell data on.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete the data we hold about you, and to object to or request restriction of processing. You may also request your data in a machine-readable format. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

If you believe we process data unlawfully, you may complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).

When we process data on your behalf

If you are a customer and we run your website, email or channels, we process personal data on your behalf. In that case we enter into a data processing agreement setting out what we may do with the data. That agreement is a standard part of every monthly plan.
