Terms
Last updated 21 October 2026
About the agreement
These terms apply between Null Stress Nett, organisation number 937 853 327, and the customer. An agreement is considered entered into once the customer has confirmed the order in writing or paid for the service.
Prices and payment
All prices exclude VAT. Packages are invoiced 50 per cent at the start and 50 per cent on delivery. Monthly plans are invoiced in advance each month. Payment is by card or by invoice with 14 days’ terms.
Monthly plan prices may be adjusted once a year, effective 1 January, with at least two months’ notice.
Scope and changes
What is included in each package and monthly plan is described on the website and in the order confirmation. Work beyond that is agreed in writing and charged at current rates. Hours included in a monthly plan apply to that month and do not carry over.
Changes are requested at [email protected]. We carry out changes on fixed days, normally Tuesday and Thursday.
Delivery time
Stated delivery times assume the customer supplies the necessary content, access and feedback on time. Delays on the customer’s side move delivery accordingly. Rush delivery within 48 hours can be agreed for a 50 per cent surcharge.
Ownership
The domain is registered in the customer’s name. On full payment, the customer owns all delivered content, design and access. We retain the right to show the work in our own portfolio unless the customer opts out in writing.
Cancellation
Monthly plans have no lock-in period and can be cancelled in writing with one month’s notice, effective from the end of the current month. On cancellation we hand over all access and content within ten business days.
Liability
We deliver services to the best of our ability and to good industry standards. Our total liability is limited to what the customer has paid for the service in question over the last twelve months. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or downtime at third-party providers.
Right of withdrawal
The Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act does not apply to sales between businesses. Our services are sold to businesses, so no right of withdrawal applies.
Disputes
The agreement is governed by Norwegian law. Disputes are to be resolved amicably. Failing agreement, the matter is decided by the Norwegian courts.
